Hinge installation precautions

In order to make the hinge hinge strong and durable, in addition to the quality of the product itself, it is necessary to install it properly. Let's take a look at the precautions in the process of installing the hinge hinge:

1, pay attention to the installation location and quantity

In theory, the larger the distance between the two hinges, the stronger the bearing capacity. Of course, this also needs to consider the reality. The home door leaf can be used with three hinges, and the general door can be used with two hinges.

At the same time, it should be noted that the hinge cannot be installed at the corner joint of the door and window body, so as to be installed at the 1/10 extension of the door and window body, and avoid the distribution of the three equals. Set to avoid the situation where the door leaf is tilted outward.

2, prevent falling fan

The falling fan means that the installation of the door and window is poor, and the upper gap gradually increases and the lower gap gradually becomes smaller, resulting in poor switching, and will fall off in severe cases.

This may be caused by the choice of hinges that are too small or that do not use the matching screws.

3, grasp the gap distance

The gap between the hinge and the door panel must be well grasped, otherwise the appearance will be difficult to see, the gap of the door panel is normally 3-5MM, and the expansion joint should be left.

4, to ensure that the accessories match

Whether the hinge groove and the hinge height, width and thickness match. Whether the hinge and the screws and fasteners connected to it are matched. The connection of the hinge should match the material of the frame and the fan. For example, the hinge used for the steel frame wooden door, the side connected to the steel frame is welded, and the side connected with the wooden door fan is fixed by wood screws.

5, the fan shaft should be the same vertical line

When installing, ensure that the hinges on the same fan are on the same vertical line to prevent the door sash from bounce.
